- Habitat for Humanity's Women Build. Rasied over $3700.00 and helped build a home with an all-women team in Bloomington, IN.
- Indiana University Who Am I-U: An Inclusive Conference of Identities Steering Committee member. The purpose of the conference is to engage all Bloomington faculty, students, staff, administrators, alumni, and emeriti, as well as members of the community, in building a culturally literate and inclusive campus.
- Indiana University Political and Civic Engagement Program (PACE), Advisory Committee member. PACE is an interdisciplinary undergraduate certificate program that prepares students to make a difference through active engagement in the creative conflict of American political and civic life.
- NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science 2011 Conference Committee. The purpose of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavior Science is to advance Applied Behavior Science (ABS) in the service of social justice, oppression free societies and healthy individuals, groups, and organizations. The theme of the 2011 conference is Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice: The Dream, Practice and Research.
- The Global Community for the Future of Organization Development (GCFOD) member. GCFOD is a global network whose vision is to bridge business leaders, organization development practitioners, and scholars committed to creating and nurturing sustainable, high-performing human enterprises.
- Enterprise Sustainability Action Team, dedicated to advancing the knowledge and role that OD practitioners can play in building sustainable organizations worldwide.
- Organization Development Network Mentor.
Past Community Service
- Alliance for Nonprofit Program Committee Chair: The Program Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors formed to assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities to provide outstanding educational and professional development programs for Alliance members. The Program Committee develops the annual program plan based on member input in accordance with the strategic priorities set by the Board of Directors. The Committee encourages and supports educational opportunities afforded to the Alliance via partnerships and advocacy and oversees all educational programs.
- Nonprofit Sector Teamof the Global Committee on the Future of Organization Development (OD), focuses on connecting and mobilizing OD practitioners, business leaders and academics worldwide to advance the field of OD.
- Alliance for Nonprofit Management’s Cultural Competency Initiative, focuses on expanding the knowledge base and skill sets of nonprofit leadership to more effectively address the complex OD and capacity-building needs of diverse communities.
- Veteran Feminist of America Host Committee, Co-Sponsored the book release for Feminists Who Changed America, an extraordinary reference book presenting the stories of over 2,200 American feminists who forged the women's movement of the 1960s and 1970s.
- Board Member, Mental Health, Addiction and Retardation Organizations of America (MHAROA).
- Served for five years as the co-convener for the Organization Development Network (ODN) White Practitioners Against Racism Affinity Group.
